Refund Policy

At Max Punch, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below to understand your options.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Custom-designed or personalized apparel
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items if you need a different size or if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where applicable.

Custom Design Orders

Because every custom design is created specifically for you, custom or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • We made an error in production that differs from the approved design.

Please review all artwork, names, numbers, colors, and other customization details carefully before approving your order.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Max Punch is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter production or are shipped.

Once production has begun—especially for custom-designed items—or an order has been shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after receiving confirmation from us:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you still need assistance, please contact our customer support team.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address results in a returned package, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
