All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom-designed apparel may require additional production time before shipping.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and local carrier services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order weight and size

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 (where applicable).

Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders and may be subject to regional limitations or promotional periods.

Delivery Estimates

Custom Design Orders

Custom-designed apparel requires additional production time before shipment.

Production time depends on:

  • Artwork approval
  • Production schedule

Estimated production times will be communicated whenever applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

Max Punch is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Multiple Shipments

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
